summer time blues

i bought a pair of ed hardy shoes and a pair of summery heels from bakers, they are soo cute huh (the shoes... not my ugly BIG BIG toe)? it made me feel better. i am stressed. two days till school gets out and then it's 3 kids at home 24/7. i love summer and i hate summer!

Harley, Our New PUPPY?!?

Today we brought home our new chocolate lab puppy. Yes, she is a puppy. She is 6 months old. We are sad to say our friends, the Boydens, are moving and needed a new home for Harley. She is such a pretty girl and Brielle adores her. Tylar and Kiley are a litte timid, but I know they will come to love her too. We will miss you guys and promise to take good care of Harley.

Class of 2020!

It's hard to believe that my little buggie is going into the 1st grade! The picture on the left was her first day of kindergarten and the other picture was taken today at her kindergarten "graduation". She will be the class of 2020!

You know you're a BAD MOM when...

you surf the internet till 3 am...

your oldest daughter is trying to wake you up and you tell her they don't have to go to school today (especially when there is only one week of school left!)...

your daughter comes back into your room and says mom it's 9 o'clock school is starting....

you again, without opening your eyes, tell her she can have the day off...

she informs you that she is going to have orange folder work if she is not there by 9:30....

you decide to open your eyes and try to talk her out of going to school (isn't that what cool moms do?!?)....

she is dressed, pigtails and bows in her hair and she tells you she and her sister have eaten cereal and brushed their teeth and they need to get to school...

Can you say LOSER MOM! Or maybe I am a good mom, they are totally responsible! If they rode the bus I wouldn't even have to get out of bed!

No More Dirt WaterPark!

After our 1st summer of dirt and a kiddie pool and our 2nd summer of dirt and an actual pool, I decided that the dirt piles weren't cuttin it. Thanks to our friend Clay Stockton, Stockton Landscaping, we are finally going to have a real backyard! Stay tuned for more pictures.
