WOW...It's been a while!! Let's see......school started for both me & the girls on Sept. 7th. I finished my 1st class with a final grade of 96%, 92% written exam and 100% venipuncture exam. I am really loving it and am looking forward to finishing so I can go to work!! The girls are adjusting to the strict new school they are at. Lots of homework and rules, but overall I think it's going to be a better education for them. Jeremy is still working hard at getting his new business going. We are all adjusting to the new change in our home with me being in school. Jeremy gets to play Mr. Mom a few nights a week and it's different for me having more responsibilities other than my hubby and kids. It's really going to be an adjustment when I start work!! I am very grateful to Jeremy for supporting me in this new adventure in my life! He was very skeptical about me going back to school and wanting to work and has really been supportive.

My grandpa died on Aug. 5th. Jeremy wasn't able to make it to Utah so I just took Tylar and drove Kami and her 2 girls up. It was a really nice funeral. Sad to say but I really didn't know my grandpa very well. I do know that he raised the greatest man I know, my DAD!! (besides my hubby! so kudos to Big Jim for raising Jeremy!!) I am so grateful for my DAD...he is an AMAZING grandpa, GREAT husband and the BESTEST dad! It was great seeing all my cousins. Some of us cousins live so close and we always say we will keep in touch but it seems life is always in the way...so I am setting a goal to call my cousins and see them a few times a year!! Not just at funerals...this was the 3rd funeral on my dads side in 3 years and I don't want it to be the only time I see everyone.
The drive home was actually so much fun! My niece Ashley drove with me & Tylar. She ended up only driving 1 hour and I did the rest but it was good FUNN!!! We blasted the ipod and sang our hearts out!!

We went to Jeremy's sister Tammy's beach house last week. It was a fun & relaxing trip. I'm scared of ocean water but Rhegan convinced to try boogie boarding so I decided to go for it. Jeremy, Rhey, Taylor & I headed out on our boards and I knew I shouldn't have done it!! Taylor & Rhey took a wave in then Jeremy so now I'm out there alone so I go for it. The next thing I know I'm being sucked under the wave...I try to get up and go for it again and BAM it takes me under again!!! Now I'm panicking and convinced I'm going to drown..I'm sucking down way too much salt water, trying to catch a break from the waves but I can't get to my feet and run!! I don't really know how it happened but I finally washed up on shore. I'm gagging, snot running out my nose, sand is covering my entire body (inside & out if you know what I mean!!), bleeding on my leg & my a** & Taylor, Rhey & Jeremy are LAUGHING at me!!! My girls love me though...they were worried about me!! I will NEVER do that again. The ocean is not my friend. I'm gonna stick to laying out. We played lots of sand volleyball & smash ball, flew kites, watched movies, ate yummy food, went to the park, had Thrifty ice cream (chocolate malted crunch Mmmm!!!) & bike rides!!
