Just the backyard

A little more touch to our backyard. Trees, shrubs, some rock. We are so happy with look but not so much with the pocket book! (i crack myself up) I had no idea trees were so expensive. We have been eating a lot of totino's pizza rolls and pb&j's. (probably the reason for a little weight gain!) that's okay though cuz i can start my diet monday and do relay races in the grass with my kids:)

4th of July

For the 4th we had some friends over for a bbq. We swam and played games. The monsoons came in about 8 with some pretty strong winds and lightning so we had to run for cover for a while. We watched the Surprise fireworks from our balcony.

It's Not My Fault!

I am relieved to know that this problem I have is not because I fail to take myself to the gym everyday or my horrible eating habits.

Theft Problem - IMPORTANT MESSAGE - You've heard about people who have been abducted and had their kidneys removed by black-market organ thieves well. . . My thighs were stolen from me during the night a few years ago. I went to sleep and woke up with someone else's thighs. It was just that quick. The replacements had the texture of cooked oatmeal. Who's thighs were these and what happened to mine? I spent the entire summer looking for my thighs. Finally, hurt and angry, I resigned myself to living out my life in jeans.

And then the thieves struck again. My butt was next. I knew it was the same gang, because they took pains to match my new rear-end to the thighs they had stuck me with earlier. But my new butt was attached at least three inches lower than my original! I realized I'd have to give up my jeans in favor of long skirts.

Two years ago I realized my arms had been switched. One morning I was fixing my hair and was horrified to see the flesh of my upper arm swing to and fro with the motion of the hairbrush. This was really getting scary -my body was being replaced one section at a time. What could they do to me next?

When my poor neck suddenly disappeared and was replaced with a turkey neck, I decided to tell my story. Women of the world, wake up and smell the coffee! Those plastic surgeons are using REAL replacement body parts - stolen from you and me! The next time someone you know has something "lifted', look again - was it lifted from you? THIS IS NOT A HOAX. This is happening to women everywhere, every night. I have not had the chance to look into Snopes but I am sure it is there! WARN YOUR FRIENDS! P.S. Last year I thought someone had stolen my boobs. I was lying in bed and they were gone! But when I jumped out of bed, I was relieved to see that they had just been hiding in my armpits as I slept. Now I keep them hidden in my waistband.

I am officially at the upper arm swinging as I brush my hair. I am really worried about my neck. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can atleast keep that!

WE LOVE GRANDPA'S CABIN

I have been so busy I haven't updated. Yeah right! I actually just haven't had anything to write about lately. The AZ heat is now here and we have been doing nothing but swimming and watching tv. We decided to go up north to grandpa's cabin for the weekend. Some of my nieces and nephews came to help my dad work and Kyle and Hanna are spending a few weeks up there while on break from medical school so we really had a great time. The weather was nice and the best part about being in the country is being lazy. McKinley catching some air! They have the hose on the tramp and they all get drenched.
Bri Bri feeding the havies. (When Brielle was just learning to talk she pronounced the horses ha-vies so now we all call them that)
Brielle playing fetch with Harley. She loved the cabin too!

Fabulous outfit Brielle!

Breakfast in Bed

I really don't know what I did to deserve such a treat for breakfast this morning. Tylar made me cheese and banana kabobs and yogurt with strawberries and granola with a glass of milk. I think there was about 2 tablespoons of yogurt piled high with granola and the kabobs were so cute, but cheese with bananas? She is such a sweetie.
